FQ fax not answering

We've been trying to fax our room request to FQ since yesterday and the fax doesn't answer. We leave in 2 days! Is anyone else having problems with this? Are there certain hours the fax is turned on??

We've been trying to fax our room request to FQ since yesterday and the fax doesn't answer. We leave in 2 days! Is anyone else having problems with this? Are there certain hours the fax is turned on??

Maybe I am misinformed, but I thought that (a) rooms were assigned about 5 days ahead, and (b) Disney is trying to discourage people from faxing in room requests. I think people are calling in their requests to 1-407-W-DISNEY unless they are out of the country and the cost of the call would be too high.
