Fpp - another dumb question

I'm booking a short girls trip tonight (or as soon as the last strangler emails me back) for Memorial Day weekend. I've been to wdw at least 30 times and I've stayed at the swolphin a ton too as I have loads of Starwood points. My most recent trips since fpp rolled out have been at the Yacht club. I know the swan gets 60 days out too but is there anything special I need to book my fpp? Do we get Magic bands automatically or need to order new ones? I think I have 4 already I was hoping to get my trip planning done tonight. At least the girls let me plan the meals and since one said va was out and we eat early I hope to get all our reservations. Fingers crossed! At least no one wants to meet Anna and Elsa! Again, sorry if this has been asked and answered and I appreciate any help!

Link the reservation and your tickets to your MDE account and your MagicBands will work - you won't need new ones but your friends will unless they are on your existing MDE with MagicBands linked to them.

Swan doesn't give you MagicBands. You'll just use the new tickets or your old MagicBands if you link the new tickets to your existing/old MDE.

If Swolphin gets MBs sent to you based on reservations, then you would have MBs to be customized and sent on MDE after the reservation is made. For you, get a different color than you already have, and ask what the others want. You can use all of your own bands interchangeably (assuming you've used the same MDE account for each reservation you've had).

So does the swan send out magic bands? I've got the party on my mde account (I'm in charge of wdw trips but not the Caribbean, or NYC i think those girls got an easier job!) but haven't done anything besides dining reservations, hotel and car...again still waiting on the one strangler...

Nope as the PP stated Swan/Dolphin don't send out Magic Bands; however you can book FP+ 60 days in advance just like other resorts. You just have to enter in the resort number that they give you into your MD account.
