FP with split stay

I booked a split stay through a third party site and have 2 different confirmation numbers. The first 5 nights I still have to call the company and have them call Disney to add my kids on. The second half for 3 nights has my kids already on the reservation.

I am buying tickets tomorrow so I can make FP. Will all the days show up in the MDE? With the split stay? And since my kids aren't on the first half of the reservation yet will I have a problem getting FP for them. I am 34 days out from my trip and wanted to book FP quickly before the 30 day mark for non resort guests.

1. Yes.
2. As long as the person making the FP+ reservations is registered at a WDW resort, that person can make FP+ for everyone connected
to that same MDE account.
