FP window for a split stay

If you do a split stay and the first part of your onsite stay is a CASH stay, followed by a DVC stay, when does the FP 60 day window start?

60 days before your first reservation for the next 60 days. It is not like ADR's

60 days from your first check in date, and you'll be able to make FP's for your entire trip (including the days at your next resort). Unfortunately ADR's don't work the same way. You can only book those 180 days + the # of days for each segment.

Thanks. So it doesn't matter that stay 1 is a cash stay, and stay 2 is a stay on rented DVC points? If you are staying from sep 1-5 at all stars, and sep 5-20 at grand floridian on rented points you STILL get to start makinf FP reservations 60 days before Sep 1st?

You should be able to do FPs starting at 60 days from the first reservation. As I understand it, you can book FPs out to 14 days. After that it is a moving 14 days.
