I'm headed to WDW this summer with my extended family. I'm curious to know how the 60 day booking window will work for my group:

I arrive with my wife and kids on Aug 19th.
In-laws arrive Aug 20th, staying in our BLT 2 bedroom with us
Sister in law and her family arrive Aug 21, staying at the Dolphin

Knowing that FoP and others are tricky to book even at 60 day window, I'd like to book ASAP for the group. If everybody is linked on MDX, am I still limited to the latest arrival date as the start of 60 days for the whole group? Am I better off booking FP+ for the first group as soon as I'm able, then try to add the others at the same times as their windows open?
Thanks

Because all in-laws have separately purchased and linked tickets, you can book for everyone when your FP window opens as long as you book for the complete group of people.

FP+ for everyone if some arriving later in week?

If you break into subsets, at least one onsite person has to be in the grouping as you book a FP.

Actually, you can book for everyone starting at 60 days prior to the earliest check-in date.

When at least one person is staying on site, as long as others have valid tickets, everyone on that person's friends and family list can book FP's 60 days out

Amazing, thanks for the replies. I suspected this had been asked before, but didn't come on the magical combination of search terms to answer it.
