FP were made for 2 now say 1

I'm hoping that the FP I made for me and DH are still active. I just checked MDE as I wanted to modify 1 of the FP and they say only 1 guest. I saw that there was an update but I didn't update my phone. For the prices they charge and the size of the company you would think we wouldn't have these issues. I don't know if I should wait till later to check again or call.

If you're on the app, check the web page and vice versa. Then try a different browser. Then call and insist they fix it.

This happens all the time. It was very annoying when I tried to modify a FP+ for DH and me and it would only show me as the one guest. But closing and reopening the app or refreshing a few times always fixed it. I would try those things, or just wait a bit and try again, before calling.

There is no need to call at all. It's what the app does. If you click to modify that ride, you'll see the correct number of people on the FP.

And of course I go to check and one of the people dropped off my FP. When I hit add guest it gives me a error message. I'll check later today to see what happens.

I've had the same thing. We have FPs for 3. At times when I am looking to modify, it will show 1, 2 or 3. then refresh and it often pops back to 3.
I think it was a new feature added in the last update.

I have the same issue but it’s three of us. I just keep trying and eventually the other people show up as well. I agree Disney’s IT leaves a lot to be desired and should be much better than it is.
