FP+ - Was on the Thread but still need help please

Hi.

I am in charge of planning my friends Disney trip September 10-17, 2016.
I have their credit card and book whatever I think they will want/need LOL, really

I have their MDE set up and will be purchasing tickets this week/next but I need to
send them the list of FP+ for each park. I want them to choose what they want to ride since
they have a 3 and 2 year old.

Is there an actual link or spreadsheet that gives me each attraction with a FP in each park?
