FP+ timing question

Our flight lands at 7:45am. We’ll be taking the Magical Express to the Boardwalk Villas. We’ll be going to EPCOT when we arrive. What time should I make our first FP+ for?

I’m thinking 11:00, am I allowing enough time?

We have an ADR for Garden Grill at 1:50.

11:00 sounds good since you can walk there and you have until noon to use it.

I think I'd go noon just to give yourselves a little more buffer. If you end up getting to the park at 10:30, no problem just go on something else. Say you don't actually get to BW until 9am, it'll give you plenty of time to check-in and look around, nice easy stroll to IG and up to FW
