No, in order to fp two tier 1 rides you must first use up all your 3 fp. Only then may you go to a kiosk and attempt to fp another tier 1 ride. Depending on time of year chances are pretty slim that one would be available, especially Soarin.
Have you seen Illuminations before? I think there are a lot of good viewing spots where you can view it without a FP+. Maybe another option could be to do the single rider line at TT and use the FP+ for Illuminations? Last year I wanted to FP+ Soarin' so we did the single rider for TT and then we went and got a spot for Illuminations about 1/2 hr before. The wait for TT was about 15 minutes. This was in October of last year. Just throwing some thoughts out there for you to think about.
We've seen it before, it's just been a while. We've never really had a good spot. We don't like to just hang out waiting on parades and shows. We won't wait in line for Fantasmic either. We follow the last of the line in once it starts moving. 15 min is about the max any of us want to wait in one spot for something like that. We would rather hit the rides when everyone is watching the shows/parades. I just would like to see it again since it's been awhile. Our kids aren't old enough to single rider. We also will be there in the summer. Thanks for your ideas.
Unfortunately, no. I find the tiering for this park ridiculous considering it has like 3 rides. (yeah, I know it is more than 3 - I was being sarcastic)
You would need to use all 3 of your FPs and then reserve the other if it is still available.
