FP+ Tier question

Just made some FP+ for April. For Epcot we have booked Soarin and decided to change Mission Space to another attraction. As I began to review the list for another choice I found Test Track on the list. Decided to select that and run through the process. Was able to book it. So now plans show Soarin and Test Track.

Isn't this a no no or am I wrong? Thought could only pick one from that list.

You shouldn't be able to do that...be sure to print the screen for documentation! You might have been lucky and hit a glitch. We just booked our FP+, and we were only able to choose 1 from the 1st tier.

I was able to change a Mission Space FP to Test Track and keep my Soarin' FP on the same day in late March!!

I hope it's not a glitch - I just booked Soarin', Test Track and Illuminations for the same day in mid March!

DHS tiers still exist on MDE. :/

ETA... they actually still exist in Epcot if you go in to select all new FP+, but if you change one, it will let you change to any FP+ you want. Has to be a glitch.

ETA again... That's what it is. It's got to be a glitch. If you go in like you haven't ever picked FP+ before, the tiers are still there. If you pick them, then go back and try to change one, you can pick another tier 1 FP+ even if the one you're changing is not a tier 1 choice. I was able to go into my Epcot day and change a tier 2 to a tier 1. So now I have Soarin' and TT. And with DHS I was able to change the same, and now have TSMM, RnRC, and ToT.

I read about this on twitter. The guy that mentioned Epcot tiering being gone also said he was able to use his 3 FP+ reservations and then schedule more for the same day. He said you must use the ones you have, but then you can schedule more. I would love confirmation on this...maybe good changes are happening!

MDE shows tiers for both Studios and EPCOT. If you select 3 attractions and then go in to change a selection there are no tiers. I was able to select both Test Track and Sorin' at EPCOT, and Toy Story and Rock 'n Roller Coaster at the Studios.

Watching with interest. If a long-term change and not a temporary thing, both of these (no tiering, relaxation of 3 FP limit) are clear improvements.

But it doesn't let you book it right from the start. The tiers still exist if you pick "Select New FP+". :/

You have to pick them, then go back in and change. Why do you think that is?

Did you use the other 3 first? You cannot make 4 FP+ reservations. Reread my post, the guy claims he used his 3 scheduled FP+ reservations THEN was able to add more while in the park. This was in MK by the way...

Thank you. I changed mine as well.

I also noticed that I didn't have times blocked around ADRs. I have a 1:20 ADR at Sci-Fi and was given RnR FP+ times for 1-2, 2-3, 3-4. Last week, that wasn't an option and the only overlaps were the generated times.
