FP+ reservations and Military Ticket Vouchers?

I have friends leaving for WDW in a week and they have purchased military vouchers that can be exchanged for tickets-- the back of their voucher says "4 day park hopper salute 14 exchange" and the voucher makes it clear that it is not a ticket and must be exchanged for a ticket onsite. Is there a way that these friends can pre-reserve FP+ or are they out of luck until they get onsite?

We just purchased our military vouchers a few days ago and I tried to enter the number on the back but it was not accepted on line. I picked up the phone and called and they were wonderful! They linked my voucher number and I was able to book FP+ for the whole 4 days. They said when I get there I need exchange them for magic bands and my FP+ choices will transfer to them.

I scanned mine on my iphone, super easy, after not being able to enter on the website... I was probably messing up the 0 and zeros...

I linked my Armed Forces Salute tickets the other day by typing in the 17 digit # on the back of the ticket. I needed a magnifying glass, but....it eventually worked!
