FP+ recs for 3 day park hopper tickets?

3 days means one park will be left without fast passes. The obvious answer here is HS, but with 2 small kids, TSMM is a must and lines will likely be crazy during the middle of March. Plus, my favorite attraction is ToT. The only Epcot attraction we're really set on riding that would require a FP is Soarin'. AK would be an easy choice if not for River Journey (FoP is impossible at this point), but is it really worth wasting a day of FPs for? I've even thought about leaving off MK as we will be spending more time there and other than Splash Mountain and Peter Pan, none of the other must do attractions for us will have crazy lines.
What would you do?

Do Epcot and DHS the same day, and make your FP+s for DHS. Rope drop Epcot and ride Soarin' and everything else you want, then head over to DHS and use your FP+s
