What's going to happen to all of the Fast Pass lines during the 2-3 hour period just after RD ?

In the past, people would grab up all of the FP's at rope drop, ide using the regular line and return in an hour or so with their FP.

Now, most of what I am reading is people are booking the FP+ for later in the day and winging it in the morning.

So, does this mean that the fast pass lines will be empty during the early morning hours which means we are right back where we were before the fast passes came out ?

Split predictions.

Some say that Disney will fill the lines with ADVANCE FP+ starting at park opening time.
But, there will still be a large mass of guests who refuse to get up early, so those who
simply DO get up early should still have an advantage.
(Some say that even if guests do have a first-thing-in-the-morning FP+, some
may choose to blow it off and sleep in.)
