after I've used my 3 pre-scheduled FPs at a park, do I have to go to a kiosk at the park to schedule additional FPs or can I is the MDE ap to schedule an additional FP

You have to use the FP kiosks to select extra FP's within the park your at.

At this time they don't have it available to use the app.

It's kiosk only for 4th FPs and beyond.

You can also go to another park and get your 4 fast pass there
