FP Question

Went to BLT Tour yesterday with 2 others in my party, and received 3 plastic FP cards. Is each plastic card worth 3 FP tickets, for a total of 9 tickets (3 FP cards x 3 adimissions)?

When we did the tour last year we got 2 cards. Each card allowed us to get 3 passes (6 total).
