I haven't seen this covered anywhere and I'm curious how to do this.

Our trip is about 4.5 months out so I have plenty of time but was just wondering how the following would work:

DDs (18,15 &11 at time of travel) want to split away from DH & I after our first 3 FP+ are used. How would the DD's group make 4th and on FP+s? DD 2 & 3 are "managed by you" (me) in MY MM+ profile? Ultimately I'd like to give DD1 "permission" somehow in her DME to make FP+ for her sisters if possible because right now I'm thinking they'd have to go to a kiosk.

You can just give DDs 1, 2, and 3 your login info and they can book new FPs using your MDE account.

That's much easier than DD 1 having to invite #2 and #3 to link to her MDE account.

Do DDs 2 and 3 have MDE accounts? Maybe I'm missing something here and oversimplifying it, but last month we did things like this all the time. My mom was the "main person" (for lack of knowing a better term) who bought and assigned all of our tickets. I, too, have an MDE account. Brother and fiance do not. I was logged into my MDE on my phone, and could see all 4 of us (I booked all of our FPs to begin with 60 days out). Once my brother was done for the day after we all used all 3 of our FPs, I would just make an additional FP from my phone for the other 3 of us and it wasn't an issue.

That would be fine but what if I wanted my own FP+s and was in a different park?

DD1 has her own DD2 is lazy and doesn't and DD3 is not old enough to have her own account (IIRC you have to be 14-the same age you are allowed to enter a park alone) and I think the issue is DD3 not being old enough because of the sharing Family and Friends thing.

Then you go into your MDE account and choose yourself and book your FPs.

The system lets anyone with access to an MDE account pick and choose people and pick and choose rides no matter which park on the "day of."

We do this all the time- I just gave my kids the password for MDE and when we split one of them makes their FP+ and I make mine. (Well actually my older dd often makes mine as well as she is really lucky/good at grabbing the good ones!)

Guests on MDE don't all have to have the same FP so just choose the guests and then check for availability as needed.

During our last trip, my kids just used the kiosks and had no issues. They do not have phones, so that was really the only option.

I mad additional FPs for others until they got the hang of it. Their Magic Bands will scan with the FPs. With the two older ones, if they have a phone, they can probably learn it quicker than most adults.

I think DD1 can do what I did and just make them from her own MDE account for whoever wants them. But as I said, I might be oversimplifying it. I didn't have any problems doing it that way though.

DD1 is "friends with" DD 2 and 3. When she signs in she should see her sisters as well. If she can not see them she should send a friend request and YOU will get that request for the younger girls to be added to big sisters friends and family list.
At that point DD1 can go into FP+ on her phone and pick herself and the other 2 girls and make fastpass. You and husband can go in and make Fast passes for just the 2 of you.
We took an extended family trip in 2015 with a total of 13 people (6 of those teenagers between 14 and 17 yrs old). I had to make sure everyone was connected and all the pictures were shared and fast passes made. It was crazy.

DD2 doesn't have an MDE yet (but will) DD3 isn't old enough (10 going to be 11 next month)

But DD1 can still friend them because you have them on your account. I just did this with my Daughter who has MDE account and my son who i have under my account (managed by me)

She can use your username and password to sign in and make the fp on the app (that's what DH and I do to make it less confusing).

I am doing this for November with an extended family of 15 and I'm having anxiety about it. Do you have any suggestions for booking FP+s for everyone and how do you make sure all the pictures will be shared. Would be very grateful for any help that you can give. Thanks in advance!

Make sure everyone is listed on each other's friends and family list. You may want to all get together at one house with multiple laptops and have a friend and family invite party :)
For Memory maker on the friends and family list click UPDATE beside each name and make sure to check the box saying My Disney PhotoPass Photos

For Fastpass+ be up early and book the hard to get first. You may need to split into smaller groups like 4 FP for Kali at 9:15-1015am and 6 at 9:25-1025am I would maybe book theme in family units as getting all 15 in one time slot my be difficult but as long as the times overlap you can enter the line together. so in my example above everyone would enter at between 925 and 1015
