FP problems and LOOOONG wait times for help

I eagerly logged in today for my FP+ 60 day window and it is only giving me 1 day (NOV 1) that I can make FP - our reservation is Oct 30-Nov 4. the package is linked as I tried to link it and it says "already linked". What am I doing wrong? WE have MNSSHP tickets on NOV 1 also.

The whole time MDE has been showing Aug 30 as my Fastpass day. frustrating. I guess based on responses it wasn't accounting for 31 day months? I'll try again tomorrow.

I tried calling WDW and was on hold for over an hour before I hung up.

ok but that is when it was indicating I could start. I guess it is letting me do Nov 1 because of the MNSSHP tickets. thank you.

People are currently adjusting their plans due to the hurricane. There will be long phone wait times for a few days until the storm blows through or goes somewhere else.

Maybe so. I'm not sure why it would do that, though. We arrive 10/29, and I couldn't book anything at 6:59am (Eastern) this morning, but I could at 7am.

FP window opens at 7 am Eastern Time. Dining reservations open at 6 am.
