FP+ Late Arrival at ride?

I am an old FP expert but new FP+ has me a bit confused. If I arrive at my attraction AFTER my posted time, will the CM allow me to enter?

Possibly. I hear the official grace period is 15 minutes. We were late to a couple last month, one by 45 minutes. I honesty thought I had changed the time to a later one. We were nice and were let on both times.

As always, it's going to depend on the cast member if you're more than 15 minutes late. But people don't need to sweat it when they're a few minutes late. Last time we were down I thought one Mom was going to have a panic attack trying to get her bunch to Space Mountain "on time."

Maybe, maybe not. There does seem to be a built-in grace period of at least 15 minutes past the window that we've been in without comment or intervention from a CM. In December, due to a transportation issue, we were nearly 15 minutes late for one of our FP+s, and the CM said, "You had 37 seconds to spare." One other time, we actually arrived early for our FP+ window (I thought our window was 30 minutes earlier than it actually was) and to my surprise, the CM overrode the blue Mickey and let us on. That was on Peter Pan, in the afternoon, when the SB wait was posted at 60 minutes. I was surprised that he didn't make us wait, but he said "No problem" and let us on through. He had to have done something in the system because at the second touch point the Mickey went green without the CM there having to do anything.

I was using my fp for big thunder mountain today and saw a group of 4 turned away for being 32 minutes late. The cm asked them what caused them being late and told them they could not ride.
