FP+ Kiosks - long lines/no line

Just an observation from walking around MK this morning 2/19 from 10 to 10:45- The two FP+ kiosks I saw in Tomorrowland at 10:00 had maybe 50 people at one and 75+ at the other. The kiosk at entry to Adventureland had 25-30 guests. The kiosk at walk through from Adventureland to Frontierland at 10:20AM had NO ONE in line just 2-3 people in front of each machine. I made an attraction change in a minute or two. This kiosk around 10:45 had less than 10 people in line.
