FP+ Kiosk Opening Times?

Has anyone noticed if FP+ kiosks were open when entering parks for an ADR that was before opening? e.g. 8 AM ADR at Crystal Palace and Magic Kingdom Opens at 9 AM

City Hall will be open,so I would "think" they could do it there before Park Opening-hopefully someone has the definitive answer.

I am curious about this too- we have an 8:30 ADR and are staying offsite, wondering if we can make our reservations before the park opens/breakfast?

BUMP.

I plan on making a couple pre-park opening ADRs for my fall visit, it would be awesome if we could make our FP+ reservations just before checking in.

I'm hoping by then I will be able to link my tickets to my MDE profile on the app and make them ahead of time (or day-of at least). If Disney's idea is to "lock" people in to going to WDW, this would be a way to do it.

Kennythepirate posted on a recent thread regarding Fp+ availability. It appears that Fp+ releases availability for day guests at the time the park opens even though guests may be in the parks for early ADRs.

Today at Hollywood Studios it opened up new FP+ at 8:45am, which is exactly when the park opened to day guests. I would assume it's going to be that way at other parks, but will check for you. TSMM was unavailable until 8:45, then a bunch of times magically appeared.

Bumping this thread to see if anyone has any recent experiences with when FP+ kiosks are opening at MK (or other parks). Namely, anyone seen FP+ kiosks open up before the official park opening time?
