FP Issues?

Alrighty folks,

We are at the parks now. Yesterday we were at AK and I tried grabbing additional FPs after we buzzed into 1 of our originals. No luck as it stated DW had reached her daily limit. So I tried again after or second FP and no luck. Then after our 3rd and same problem. Mine was free to book but hers was not. Any thoughts?

There is no "daily limit", but you do have to use all 3 of your originally booked FP+ before you can grab a 4th.

If you booked three in advance, you can’t get additional FPs until you have used/tapped all three original FPs first.

From Post #7 of the FP FAQ:

- One additional FP can be selected per guest, subject to availability, using the MDX app or website or at any in-park kiosk once all prebooked FPs are used or expire. When that FP is used or expires, another FP can be scheduled and used (and so on). Guests can use the MDX website or app to schedule FPs in any park for that same day. In-park kiosks can also be used to schedule FPs, but only for attractions in that same park.

The system should have let you after your third (and last), but if for any reason one of your FPs didn’t scan correctly—which happens too often—that would explain your problems after the third.

For some reason some people's MDE accounts won't allow them to get a 4th FP after they tap into their third. This kept happening to me, on multiple trips, and when I finally asked a CM about it (should have done that sooner) she did something in my MDE account and it has worked ever since. No idea what the issue was but it only took like 30 seconds for her to fix.
