FP for Mission Space

At the time you select your FP, do you have to choose either green or orange? I assume that orange will typically have a longer wait time and therefore be more worthy of a FP, but I think I will probably chicken out and decide to go green at the last minute. Will I be unable to use a FP for Mission Space Orange at MS Green?

The FP can be used for either side.
