FP for guests purchasing at the gate

We are planning on purchasing tickets when we arrive. In order to use FP do we need to establish an account on My Disney Experience before we get to the park or there another way to get FP's? Thanks

I would go ahead and set it up - it will save you time at the kiosk.

You can create an account for yourself - just go to WDW and sign in - if you had an account with them, you also have a MDE account, it automatically turned took mine.

My DH and DS were automatically added to my account as someone I manage with our hotel reservation. When I made ADR's, I also listed their names and that of our friends; my friend also set hers up and added her daughter for her to manage, but we linked so we could see each others info and copy FP's so we could ride together. There is a way to list family and friends if you are not on site, and you can then manage their account and set up FP+'s for the whole group or individuals.
