We'll be at WDW in May, along with our son and his family. We each bought our own tickets and when I tried to add them to our reservation today (we're DVC members staying on one reservation), I found I can't add their tickets because they are linked to their Disney account (apparently when they ordered through Disney, it did that automatically?) So... how do I make FP+ for all of us, so we'll all get the same FP time? This whole MDE thing is totally frustrating.

Add them to your "friends & family" on My Disney Experience. Once you send them an invite to link (or they can send one to you) you will be able to see them in your system and make FP+ as one party.

There's an option to link your account with friends and family. After the accounts are linked, you should be able to make FP+ and ADRs for all members of your party.

If it doesn't link properly, just give them a call. We had some issues linking reservations with my cousin and her husband for our upcoming trip, but the phone CM had it sorted out in no time!

Oh thank goodness - I totally missed that! thank you both!

Same as the PP I also had an issue linking one family member (could see the rest of her family, but not her) called and they were able to fix it and get it working.

Also I manage myself as well as my mom so when family linked to me they were able to see both me and my mom without issue. Once you are ready to book your FP+ everyone that you are linked to will pop up and you can choose everyone to get on the ride at the same time. Good luck!!

I feel so stupid that I can't get this figured out! Sent my DIL an invite (she bought all their tickets under her account) and she accepted. So now it shows that she is linked - but not our DS or GK's. Now what? And if a child can't be linked, how do I add their ticket info so we can get FP's? When I try to add their ticket number, I still get 'ticket number already linked to another account'.

Does your DS have his own account or do him and his wife share one. If he has his own then you will have to send him a separate emails. As for your grandchild is he/she linked under your DIL or son (if different accounts)... their parents will have to make sure that they have the child listed under them in order for you to link them to you.
