FP day........a success and a suprise

Hello folks.......today was FP day for our Jersey Week trip in November. Some thoughts about the process........

I haven't booked FP's in a little less then a year..........its different. My recollection is I could previously book all three on the same page at one time..............not anymore (maybe I'm wrong but this way sems different )

I was able to get 7DMT for all my MK days..........which is AWESOME! Had no trouble getting 7DMT for the first day of our vacation...........first time was able to do that.

Interestingly could only book FP until 5:30pm on MVMCP party days. I guess I get it.....

My biggest surprise was that the system would not let me "overlap" FP times.........which I believe I could do in 2015. This was bothersome given our park-hopping schedule...........it extended the time I needed to complete our 8 days of FP's..........

With all of this.............I got everything we wanted.........even the Frozen ride in Epcot! Curious if others have had similar issues with overlap?

There has never been an overlap for FPs; FPs can overlap an ADR. The new updated system also factors in the length of shows and parades when showing availability for consecutive FPs.

I also booked my FP for "JerseyWeek". Thanks to everyone's good advice was able to get everything we wanted at the approx times we wanted.
