FP: child decides not to ride question

We have two kids, ages 6 and 9. They are both over 48 inches, and at this point (2 months from our trip), they both say that they want to ride most of the roller coasters, etc... If I sign up for fast passes for all 7 members of our group and one of them decides at the last minute they don't want to ride one of the rides we have fast passes for, what happens? Can we cancel their FP for that ride so they can sign up for other fast passes with the rest of the group after we use our original 3, or are they not able to sign up for more since they would not have used their original 3 fast passes?

Someone else in your group can use the kid's FP. Or, just change the kid's FP#3 to match everyone else's FP#4.

We were just there 2 weeks ago. We had a FP for Winnie the Pooh but the baby was sleeping and they wouldn't let her on, so my husband waited and didn't use his FP for it. We all did the other 2 rides together and we were all able to add a 4th despite my husband not going on the one ride. We were stopped before we got in, so he didn't scan his band.

Another time we had them for Test Track and were using rider swap. My husbands band was never scanned and we all got a 4th FP again. So, maybe it was a glitch but we all had to go in for it to work.
