Hi.

We will be at Disney between December 26-January 1.

My family of four has a 22 and 18 year old.

We are staying at SSR.

We have three days of parks, MK, Epcot and AK.

We will be at RD for each park. We plan to leave by 11-12 and return in the evenings. Our Epcot day is open until 12:30 am and MK until 2 am. We all want to do the late nights. We will rest at resort during the park days. We dont care about parades or fireworks. If we see them great, if not being from NY we have seen our share of both and dont mind missing.

Finally, my question, :) should I book our FP for 11 am - 12 pm before we leave the parks in the day or for when we plan to arrive later in the night?

For instance, our MK day/night is December 30. However early RD will be (possibly 7 am) we will be there. I hope to ride our must do attractions. Should I FP for
11 am-12 pm or should I FP for 10 pm - 12 am?

Thanks so much!

The evening FPs are a good strategy to guarantee short waits on at least 3 rides when you return to the park.

Twice now we have had 7D FPs "rained out" and an "Anytime FP" added. So, always check your MDE FP area and do some switching around in case anything gets rained out and you have the benefit of an Anytime FP.

Thank you. I think I am going with this strategy. If MK closes at 2 am and hhe last fireworks show is at midnight and we plan on getting back to the park around 10 pm should I start my FP then?

Thanks.

You can book one at 9:15 or 9:30 as you have an hour and 15 minutes to use the FP. Then as soon as you enter the FP line, go on the app and try to move up the next one and so on.

The trick is to Confirm a new time and then search again. If there is availability, the system will give you an earlier time with each search.

Thank you. Do you exactly mean that as soon as I scan my first night FP, I go on MDE and try to move my second FP time since I can try to get one immediatley following the attraction i am on? Is that correct?

Thanks.

Yes. As soon as you pass the FP touch point, begin searching.

WOW! Had no clue! We usually go during lot less busy time so never had to play around like this and rarly returned in the evenings. This "trick" is new to me and I absolutely appreciate it! I will do this and see if anything comes up.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
