Is anyone on the dis today at the parks or able to check on fp availability this afternoon?
Just wondering what fp are available to get today as 4th+ fp at any park. It looks like some of the standby lines are quite long now, so wondering if there are any fp at all out there to get.

I'm game....let me see what I can find (there's almost always FP's out there).

We’ll be there next week and I hope to get something decent at night. Even with a ton of refreshing I couldn’t get much good to pop up for tonight. Is there any trick to get something that has no FP’s left? I don’t think I have ever gotten something when it’s out of FP’s and I’ve tried. :rotfl::rotfl:

Just keep refreshing. If you're trying for a certain ride just grab any time you can and then work at modifying it. I decided to go get the evening show FP's as well as I often see people asking about their availability in the evening instead of making a FP ahead of time for them.

Do you think the app or the mobile site works faster? I usually use the mobile site.

Touring plans has a Fastpass chart that shows you what fastpasses are left on the current day and for the next 60+ days! I’ve been studying it like crazy. Not sure if it’s free or part of the subscription service because I did subscribe.

It does not take into account that people drop Fp’s all the time. I studied that pretty well too, but it went out the window when we got there and literally found every single same day FP we wanted.

Oh good to know!! I guess I will know patterns of worst case scenario. I was worried because it’s just looking for a FP for 1 person rather than the number I will need. How many FP were you able to get in 1 day?

All of the FP's that I showed getting this evening show as Distribution Done or Unavailable according to Touring Plans. Theirs is a snap shot and doesn't account for the ever changing availability of FP's.

Very interesting! Thanks for the info!

Quick question- did you ever end up needing to wait in standby lines at all? Or are you constantly just jumping from FP to FP?

Very rarely will we wait in a standby line. If we happen to get something like a FOP FP for an hour or two out we might go do a couple of shows or something with a short line. We stopped doing EMH's because we wait longer in line for rides then than we do when FP's are available. Normally I will have another FP ready to go before we get through the FP queue of whatever we just tapped into. In December we have a trip with 7 people so things may be different then (I hope not).

I’m just amazed by this! Do you still mess with rope drop or just make your FP early to get through your 3 as fast as possible?

Do not waste your time with that. Completely useless, even more than their crowd calendar. There's not a chance they can tell you what FP+ is available up to the second.

We were in AK this evening. Had no trouble getting EE, Dinosaur and PW.
