I was wondering what is the availability of fast passes in the afternoon in mk in july when we are trying to book our 4th fp. What types of fp are left for those times? Rides/ meet and greets? Thanks.

Depends on the date.
"In July" covers an awful lot of different crowd levels at MK.

Figure that the busier the park, the fewer "desirable" FP+ will be available.
Also, the more guests, the earlier certain FP+ will be gone for the day.
