Im trying to solidify our park days as I have been moving things around, changing ADRs and adding nights to our stay. Currently I have AK planned for day 3. So what are my chances for getting early FoP at 60+3? I am thinking of doing a second AK day for 60+6 as well. We are doing EMM at HS for our 60+1 (first full day) so Im not worried about SDD but I will try to get a FP+ for SDD for later in the day but won't be upset if we don't get it. We may do a second day at HS but that's up in the air and unlikely as I think we would be more apt to do 2 days at AK rather than HS. If we do, it would be to hop and we wouldn't get FP+ for HS anyway. We have MK on 60+2 so we would want SDMT and PP then. Possibly doing EMM at MK on day 60 so we would get FP+ for non-fantasyland rides that day. Epcot is 60+4 so we would do TT and Frozen (we have a PPO GG breakfast so we can do Soarin then).

Recap:
60: MK
60+1: HS
60+2: MK
60+3: AK
60+4: Epcot
60+5: no parks
60+6: AK/HS hop
60+7: no parks

Thoughts? Mainly concerned with getting FoP as much as we can since there's no EMM or DAH for AK.

FOP should be easy on +6, possible on +3 (but +4 on is a safer bet).

I booked yesterday for Memorial Weekend. I got FOP for 60 +3, SDD 60+2 and 7dmt 60 and 60+1.

Whatever they changed worked because my last several trips I have not been able to get those.

Excellent news!! Im glad you snagged those. I am going to keep my schedule the way it is. I think SDMT is easier to get early on vs. SDD and FoP.

SDD will probably be your only issue and I am sure you will be able to get it for one of your days. We planned our HS day according to when we could get SDD.

We are 30 days out and there are still FOP and SDMT available. Not ideal times but available.

What time of year is this? Last year when we went in January (pre-Toy Story opening) we got FOP 60 +1; was that a fluke? Making me nervous for my future planning if we want both FOP and SDD and those will probably be 60 and 60 +1...eeek.

I wouldn't expect any problems with FoP FPs given where youare in your trip.
SDD at 60+1 may be more difficult. We just booked our FPs and SDD at 60+4 was late afternoon .
Good luck.

60+3 or greater is the ideal time. It's certainly possible with 60+1 or 2, but it's harder as you're competing with a lot of other people. At the actual 60 you'll probably be out of luck, because then all of the people that don't know about the +days will be trying.

Were going in August. Should’ve mentioned that. Mid August and now nervous about SWGE possible soft openings making things complicated.

Ahh I see. So unlikely to get SDMT at 60? SDD at 60+1 is not necessary since we’re doing EMM. I’m really concerned about FoP. It’s a must do for me and would like to do it multiple times.

I was there last week for Spring Break and got all of the FP’s on the days I wanted them without an issue. I would stick to your plan for now and then change things if you can’t make it work any other way. But I know most of the people in the March thread were getting their Fastpasses relatively easy. And it was crazy busy last week!

Great news you guys thanks! That gives me hope. I’m going to stick with my current layout. I’ve changed ADRs so many times I’m starting to lose my mind!

SDMT might be hard right at the 60, it's still the hardest to get out of the MK rides. I don't think it's as hard as SDD or FOP though. Given your current setup I think you'll be alright. Just make sure FOP is your priority when it comes to FP selection.
