FP+ at second park if you didn't use all 3 at the first

If you go to a park with 3 scheduled FP+s, complete 2 of them, but decide you're ready to leave for a resort break instead of sticking around for your 3rd, then hop to a different park later that day, can you get any more FP+ by going to the kiosk at the second park like you would for a 4th FP+? Does it make any difference if you cancel the 3rd or let it expire?

You can't draw a fourth until the third has expired or been cancelled.
