FP at 30d question

I currently have a split stay booked (due to lack of availability) 11/20-11/25 at POR followed by 11/25-11/28 at BCV. Honestly, I have been so frustrated at the cost, limited rooms and the holiday "discount", I was wondering if it would be better to just stay off site and get a 2 bedroom suite-more room for less $.

So, what is it like getting fast passes for main attractions (understandably not FOP) at 30 days rather than 60?

Most will have availability at 30 days. The times may not be perfect, but they should be close enough. The only FP that might give you problems, as you're aware, is FoP.

Once you secure your rides and some close times to what you want, keep checking Disney's website, and play with the FPs every now and then. It's possible that a time closer to what you really want will appear.

We always stay offsite, we would never want to stay onsite. So much better in so many ways, for us. Getting FP+ at 30 days out is no problem at all. I can get any ride in the park, with the as noted exception of FOP. 7DMT, FEA (which you can do standby the first two hours with no wait real anyway), Soarin', TT, ToT, RnR, TSMM, Pan, etc...are all no problem to get. We even got Na'vi. You'll even have a good selection of times. Plus, if you play around with the system, you can get exactly what you want, when you want. Heck, you can even get same day FP+ for pretty much any ride in the park. I got 7DMT less than an hour in advance...more than once. Also get all the other rides I listed same day, not too hard. I even got FOP 24 hours in advance by playing around with MDE a lot.

I'm a local. Only problems I've had at 30 days were FoP, FEA and 7dmt.
