FP+ and linked accounts issue.

So, in my frustration with multiple issues with our linked families on MDE, I unlinked everyone. Now the system is working great for FP+. The issues we were having. My icon, and only mine, would replace the icon of a member of a different family we were linked to, FP+ would disappear, and tickets/bands would also disappear. Very frustrating so we decided to un-link and we have no more issues. Just wanted to give you a heads up to watch for switched information, missing reservations, missing people on reservations when you have linked MDE accounts. I wasn't sure if more people were having this issue. Just wanted to let you know.

Yes. It seems that data reservations seems to have some refresh issues. We are experiencing those as well. I linked DVC ressie and then did all my dining ressies. When I click on "My Reservations" it takes a bit to refresh the entire page with the information.

More concerning is that I just linked our 2008 MYW tickets with Water Parks and More and the Non-Expiring option. The ticket balances shown seem to only reflect the Water Parks and More balances. I called the CSR number listed and they were quite defensive and transferred me IT tech support. They were much better, but the answer was essentially that it is still in Beta and only Ticket Services could truly tell me the balances. My point was that if the application is displaying the information it should be the correct information. CSR was very nice though. Kudos to them for that at least. Our 2006 and 2007 Nonexpiring tickets are unable to be placed into the system except by Guest Services apparently, same with MYW WPM NE ticket from AAA I have for my son.

I am disappointed that users cannot de-link the tickets, it takes a call to MS and the CSR have to do it.

Also I was told by IT CSR that go live is targeted to be 1/5/2014.


PS Our trip is at the end of March, but I am trying to get it set up for that trip.

I had this issue as well with my mother and her account. But I had to go in and make sure it said Plan and View ALL under the two accounts. Hers was set to Plan and View SHARED only so I could only see what we were both on. I couldn't see what she was on by herself. Anyway, once we changed that, I can see everything now and so can she. So that's another possibility to check if people are having issues.
