I have a resort stay Dec. 19-24. I'm at 60 days right now.

My AP expires Dec. 21st. Yesterday I linked two day tickets, assuming I could use them to book fp's for Dec. 22nd and 23rd. It says that they're linked, but I can't make fp's for the 22nd and 23rd.

Any ideas why I can't make fp's for these two days?
Thanks!

For an upcoming trip, I have a mix of an AP and a youth festival pass for my daughter. I had to call Disney because of difficulty with linking the passes. During that conversation, CM told me I had to give them a call back and tell them which pass should be a priority for FP+ for which day. This is the first time I'm dealing with this particular issue, but I suspect you may have to call in order to make sure your AP is priority 19 - 21 and your 2 day ticket 22-23.

I suspect that this might be the problem. But you would think that an AP should always take priority over any other ticket. Or, you would think that there would be a prioritize button on MDE that you could use yourself. If they give you the ability to link, why not give you the ability to prioritize? :confused3

There is no need to make any particular ticket a "priority" to book FP+.
Any ticket listed in MDE will be available for booking FP+.
FP+ reservation are not attached to any SPECIFIC ticket.
It is only necessary to have enough total valid ticket "days" linked in MDE
to be able to make the total number of reservations.

There is obviously SOME problem and it should be able to be fixed by calling:
WDW Ticketing at

(407) 566-4985 (option 5)

Hours: 8:30-16:30 ET Mon-Sat

Hmmm...I don't understand why the CM would tell me one has to be a priority. In my case, my daughter's AP is good for our entire trip. However, we were required to buy her an admission ticket as part of a performance package. I didn't know if the performance package ticket was required for anything "special". So, I don't have to have the ticket or the AP as priority?

On the flip side, since we've paid double for daughter's admission, would she be able to use both ticket and AP for admission and get 6 FP+'s for each day? ;-)

1. The "phone CMs" are infamous for offering bad info. (Not kidding.)
They are not trained in park operations,
but that doesn't stop them from making up answers for guests
regarding operational issues. (Again, not kidding.)

2. There is no need to have any particular ticket set as "priority" at this time.
Ticket priority has nothing to do with making or using FP+.
Priority has to do with which ticket gets used "first" at the park entry gate.
(And, even that does not affect use of FP+, even that day.)

3. No. Having more than one ticket per guest in the same MDE file does not allow additional FP+ reservations per day.

Thank you, Robo! You should be paid for the service you perform with explaining and clarifying information.
