Fox Entertainment Points from Mypoints

Has anyone gotten their Mypoints points for a DVD purchase from Fox Entertainment? I don't know how long it was supposed to take for those points to post.

I emailed MyPoints last week about not receiving the Fox Entertainment points. I ordered from them on 2/3, DH 2 weeks later, and neither of us have received the points as of yet.

Their reply to my email so far is that they have assigned a tracking number to my inquiry, and they will be investigating.

I haven't received mine either. Their email response was the same as cindalas.

I have ordered through Fox Entertainment 3 times previously and I have never had a problem receiving the points...It usually has posted about 14 days after the purchase...Hope that helps a little..

I've ordered in the past without problems, however this time I haven't received the points yet - I too emailed customer service and received the same response as earlier posters. Hmmm - we'll watch this one!

that my account was reviewed and the points will be credited within 5 business days. From this strand, I think that mypoints had a problem with that offer this time around....

Mine showed up today for a purchase I made over a month ago. I had forgotten about it. What a nice surprise this morning to see that my balance had grown overnight.

YES!! My 1000 points from Fox were credited today also! Hope DH's points credit soon too!!

I just ordered X-Men 1.5 for my DH today and a window popped up saying the points would be there within 24 hours. I guess we'll see about that one. I am still waiting for a Drugstore.com purchase from December to post!

Just an update. My Fox points posted within 24 hours, as promised. I have to say that is a first for me with MyPoints.
