Four TSs in Epcot, or mix it up a little?

We are going for six days. I already have Kona Cafe for lunch on the first day, and GF Cafe for lunch on the last. For the four days in the middle (all dinners)--should we eat at Epcot every night? We're definitely doing Coral Reef, Alfredo's, and LC, I just don't know where to stick them in! Should I replace LTT, or 50's Prime Time? I think I should keep 50's, because that is the night we will see Fantasmic. Or I could add Chefs, and we would be going back to Epcot for dinner every night!
