Four Points Sheraton Vine Street?

Good morning! I'm sitting here with my neighbor whose family wants to go to US/IOA at the end of the year. She's been looking at hotel sites and loves the pictures of the Four Points Sheraton in Kissimmee on Vine Street because it has the private balconies and the restaurant onsite. Does anyone here know anything about this hotel? I never knew it existed until we happened to stumble on it checking on the Four Points at Lakeside. Does the FP in Lakeside have balconies or patios? What about restaurants or any food onsite? Do either of these hotels have room service? And has anyone heard anything about the cleanliness factor at either? We do not want to trust website pictures so any information good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
