Four For a Dollar and Return 2 Zero ?

Can someone please tell me if the group that opens for the Beauty and the Beast Show and goes by the name Four For a Dollar and the group Return 2 Zero are one and the same? I heard them on our last trip and think they have a Christmas cd out but the name on the cd is different.
