The ships have some different offerings at the fountain soda stations. I have always found ginger ale at one of them.

DCL serves Coke products. Sprite is the typical offering.

That said, on the Magic (2016) on the galley tour I saw this

I've found that only one side of the pool deck will have it but all of the MDRs will have it.

Pretty sure on the most recent cruises they had Seagram's ginger ale which is a Coke product. I know they definitely had ginger ale (Fantasy & Wish) because I typically mix it with lemonade.
