Fountain View Starbucks for ropedrop

Does EPCOT's Fountain View Starbucks begin serving before "official" 9am park opening (during the 30 or so minutes when early guests are allowed into the fountain area of the park before the attractions open)?

They have not in the past. DH and I got in Epcot early for a tour. Tour didn't meet till 9:30 so we had time to grab food. We sat outside Starbucks till they opened at 9:00 on the dot. We were first in and sat there and ate

Just in case anyone else was following: We have purchased coffee at the Epcot monorail coffee shop and it is very good. There has been only one server working when we have visited so it can take a few minutes to get you order.

Wondering why Disney doesn't open the shops and restaurants around the fountain for early guests (as they have on Main Street in MK)?
