*found from Families threads, but don't know how to delete* FAN for stroller?

I've seen two types of stroller fans:

1) the foam blades w/out the wire cage

2) the foam blades with the wire cage.

The reviews I've read for one type say the breeze isn't very strong. I'm going to have to pay shipping for these, if I purchase them. So I'd like to know if anyone has had any experience with them.

What kind of breeze do they put out?

I don't mind changing the batteries everyday if it keeps little ones cooler.
