at mattel.com of all places! My daughter decided (at 9 yrs old) she has to have the 3 story townhouse for xmas. I DON'T want to pay Toys r us 's 179.95, but its been disapperaing everywhere else! Amazon..gone..walmart..gone..barnesandnoble...gone.

Found it tonight at mattel for159.95 plus 20% off plus free shipping. Total with tax was $137. Deal is tonight only...

I was almost about to bite the bullet ena dbuy it from toysrus. Glad I kept looking!

Congrats and great find! We have one of those and the great thing about it is that my girls even use their Calico Critters or Little Pet Shop animals in it. They make up all sorts of ideas. It's really a great dream house!
