Just want confirmation: Is this benefit for every single ride at both parks. Also I thought someone has posted that there could be some blackout times if the park gets busy. I asked a rep at Universal and she said there is no blackout times. Has anyone ever been denied fotl?

The only ride excluded is PTFlyers at IOA. There are no blackout times. There were times in the past when they limited the FOTL to one time on each ride before 3:00 PM but there are no plans to do that again.

last year was the one time they limited the fotl to only once before 3:00

if you check waaaaaay back, there was a thread on it.

it was for such a limited time period though, thinking back, i could have covered a 2 week period then.

you know it won't happen again w/ ep gone.
meaning the limitations that some encountered last summer
