FOTL - All Day?

OK, I realize FOTL has been beat to death, but I want to be sure I've got this right. When staying at the HRH, do you get FOTL privileges all day? I ask, because the vouchers I just got from Universal Vacations talk about FOTL for the first hour of the day. I think the 1 hour thing was the old program, right?

When we were just here it was still all day (early this month). I have heard they are trying to phase it out, but that will take a bit. Go and enjoy, it is a great perk!
