forum access

I am pleased to finally find this site. I registered Saturday (3/23). I am a cast member and would like access to the cast members only forum. I e-mailed Doc with mu user name and store#, but I haven't heard anything back. How long does it take to gain access to that forum? Do I need to do anything different?
