So I will be needing to get from Ft. Wilderness to Il mulino at the Swan. I will have a car so will driving be the quickest way? If not, what combo of disney transportation would be the quickest?

I assume 30 minutes would be enough time to get from FW to the swan, am I correct?

While I'm asking, I also allowed for 30 minutes to get from MK to FW. I would probably prefer taking the boat. Am I allowing enough time?

I need to make some reservations and want to make sure I am not going to be late. But also don't want to be standing around forever.

Actually. If disney transportation is not going to take forever to get me from FW to Swan I would rather use disney transportation so I don't have to go get my car from the MK parking lot. Going to get my car and drive to FW would take a lot longer than taking a boat from MK to FW.

Let me try this again, my first answer was a bit incorrect since I read this incorrectly.

Going from FW to Swan, I would allow about 60-90 minutes as you will have to transfer
Option 1: Boat from FW to MK and then Bus to Swan
Option 2: Bus from FW to DHS and Boat to Swan

MK to FW via the boat is the fastest way and if you start the 30 minutes after you have officially left MK, then you should be fine.

Yes, driving will be the quickest way. And yes, 30 mins is fine. I'm assuming you are driving from FtW to the Swan.
Getting from MK to FtW, via the boat, I would leave 45 mins. If the boat is just leaving, it could be 15 or so mins until the next one. Then it takes about 15 or so mins to get there.

Il Mulino will reimburse for parking, right? I believe the Swan charges guests and visitors for parking.

I would take the bus to HS and then catch the boat to Swan/Dolphin.

Not the fastest way! It could take up to 20 mins for the DHS bus to get to FtW. Then the drive to DHS...10-15 mins. Off the bus and over to the dock....if the boat is there, great. That's about 15 mins to the S/D. But, if it's not...it could be 15+ mins to wait, in addition to the time on the boat. You could walk it in about 15 mins though.
I still think that if you have a car, driving is the fastest...especially if the parking is validated.
