Fort wilderness refillabile mugs

Probably a silly question.... But since the resorts offers no quick service option are the mugs still includes with the dining plan? Is there a place to fill them on property?

I know the above are places, I do not know for certain if any of the other locations do or not.

When we stayed at FW there was a refillable mug station inside Trails's End. We also had them refilled at the Meadows swimming pool, the CM behind the counter did it for us (not sure if they do that anymore).
