Any advice for some first timers on best loops or sites to request.

Howdee! Really all of the loops are great. Some folks prefer certain loops depending on what they like: for a short walk to the settlement area( marina, store, beach, Pioneer Hall, Trails End) the 100, 200 or 700 loop. Near the pool and meadow store: 1400, 900,1000. To be a little away from the action and be more quiet, 1800 or 1900. Like I said though, all the loops are great. If you have bikes or a golf cart, the location doesn't really matter. with more info about your rv or tent and priorities of your family, others on here can give you better advice. Have a great time planning your first of many magical Fort Wilderness vacations.

I really enjoyed the 500 loop. But it may be a pet loop now. Have fun! You are going to love the Fort!

We have stayed in the 200 and 300 on several trips to the Fort, but am thinking of the 1900 loop for the next trip. Check out the map of the Fort for loop locations and proximity to other Fort attractions!
