We are making our first holiday trip to WDW (December 29 - January 4). I've heard that one of the cooler off-the-beaten path things to do is to view decorated campsites at Fort Wilderness during the holiday season. For those of you who have done this before, is it reasonable to expect a decent experience closer to New Year's or are people packing up and leaving by then?

You might want to post on the camping board for more information, but most people who are there stay for the entire winter and do not leave right after New Year's..
