We have a Preferred site for the last week in Jan and would like to know if it’s okay for our camper tires to be on the tent pad.

I answered you over in the Camping Forum, but WELCOME to the DIS!

But it case others are interested, Yes you can put the camper wheels into the coquina (sand) pad. I've run mine on boards so I don't rut into the sand.
